We ship within Germany.
Note: We do not ship to PO box addresses.

- Delivery time: 10-15 days .
Note: Delivery times may be affected by exceptional circumstances such as natural disasters, government measures, or social anomalies. We will inform you on the store homepage if such circumstances occur.
Shipping costs
- Standard delivery: 39 € .
- Free delivery: Available for orders over €300 .

Transport damage
We offer shipping insurance during the payment process and recommend that you inspect your goods before signing.
If your package arrives damaged, you MUST note this on the waybill . Without this note, we cannot file a damage claim with the carrier or return your package. If the package is damaged but the product is intact and functional, we will not replace it.
Note: Please count the number of packages/items and ensure that this matches the waybill and your delivery note. Packaging materials (e.g., pallets, foil, or boxes) will not be taken back by the carrier.
Customs duties, levies and taxes
RitKeep includes customs duties and taxes in the total amount of your order.
Undeliverable packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or other factors, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
How to track your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment and the estimated delivery date using the provided tracking link .
Note: It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
WARRANTY
Warranty period
Ritkeep offers a comprehensive warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, we guarantee that your product will be free from defects in materials, workmanship, and function. The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product, for as long as you remain the owner. Please note that the warranty is non-transferable.

FOR ALL WARRANTIES * The warranty may be voided for products damaged by negligent or improper use, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. Any specific issues with a RitKeep product with which a customer is dissatisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that our warranty does not cover the maintenance and upkeep of any product or dumbbell. We recommend that you properly maintain and care for your product for a lifetime of use.
**The warranty against bending does not apply to bars damaged by negligent or incorrect use, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. Improper dropping of the bar (e.g., dropping the bar onto a box, bench, spotter arms, or pegs in a power rack, excessive dropping with inadequate or damaged bumpers, excessive dropping with iron plates, excessive dropping onto concrete or similar surfaces, and similar uses) is also considered negligent or incorrect use. Any specific issues with a RitKeep product that result in customer dissatisfaction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
